Minimum Qualification & Experience

Additional requirement:
- Proven 2 years of experience in Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities
|
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director.
- Manage communication channels, arrange meetings and respond to correspondence appropriately.
- Receives incoming correspondence on behalf of Managing Director including clerical and administrative tasks with reviewing of contents, determining importance, and summarizing and/or distribution of contents to appropriate departments under the instructions of Managing Director and MD Bureau.
- Arrange and attend all official trips if/when required by the Managing Director.
- Schedules and attend all meetings of Managing Director, taking notes and recording minutes and preparing meeting minutes.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Managing Director.

- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal & communication skills in English & Dhivehi
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
|
- Assist and manage staff Payroll and benefits.
- Assist and manage daily attendance and leaves of staff.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Provide assistance on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in developing and executing training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain and oversee all employees’ daily record keeping.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Preparation of reports as instruction if and when necessary.
- Give support and assistance in all HR daily activities.
