MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Customer relations, Marketing, Business or relevant field with minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to oversee the customer base in the business relations functions of the Corporation.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Act as a liaison between the company and the clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Direct and manage internal teams and clients.
• Oversee clients’ contracts and ensure the client adhere to the contract terms.
• Determine monthly KPIs by generating reports.
• Set revenue targets and strategize to meet the targets.
• Develop plans to address the needs of the clients and manage rapport with customers.
• Ensure customers’ priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated.
• Prepare reports that showcase current customer relations and suggest future strategies to promote business growth.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.
• Ensure that customer service quality is maintained in a positive manner.
