Job Responsibilities
|
Talent Acquisition
- Perform administrative work of recruitment and selection
- Reviewing resumes to ensure that basic job requirements are met
- Conduct orientation program for new hire employee
- Maintain personnel and payroll information to the HR system
- Prepare and complete employee contract and job description
- Prepare and dispatch employee reference letter
Employee Relation
- Generate and prepare employee and attendance related reports as required
- Handling employee's quarries and maintain attendance information to the HR system
- Administrative work regarding employee disciplinary action, include drafting letters and follow-ups
- Draft and produce case report regarding grievance and disciplinary action
Talent Development
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Obtain complete process of employee performance evaluation
- Administrative work regarding employee training and education program, include drafting agreements and follow-ups
- Perform administrative work regarding training and seminar
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on the job training for employees
- Attend and perform work regarding internship program advise by supervisor and follow-up

Required Qualifications
|
- 4 Pass in A Level OR
- Diploma in human resource management or business or administration
|
Preferred Requirements
|
- Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience in HR would be an added advantage
|
