AMENDMENT  of Invitation for Bids

Iulan “(IUL)355-ESMS/INDIV/2018/35” has been Amended as follows                                 

1. The Government of Maldives, represented by the Secretariat of Fenfushi Council, hereby announces public tendering for the Lease of 5000 square feet 4 lands (“ Lands”) on the island of Fenfushi in Alifu Dhaalu Atoll (“Island”) for the devevelopment of Tourist Guest Houses.
2. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project for the Lands.

-          The each winning bidders of the Lands (26.7, 26.8 and 26.9) shall reclaim minimum of 25000 CBM (cubic meter) land from the east side of the Island in accordance with relevant rules and regulations, for the development of football pitches

-          The winning bidder of the Land (26.2) shall develop a Drinking Water Desalintion System

1. Interested parties may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents from 9^th day of September  2018up to the 11^th day of October  2018, between 8:30 am to 1:30 pm at the following address:

1. Bids must be delivered before 14:00 Hrs on 25^th  day of October 2018 to the address in IFB Clause 3 or any other venue that the Council may announce.
2. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at 25^th  day of October 2018 at 15:00Hr, at the office of the Council or at any other venue that the Council may announce.
