The government of Maldives has received Aid for the Enhancing Education Development Project (EEDP), administered by the World Bank and to be implemented by Quality Assurance Department (QAD) of the Ministry of Education (MoE). Under the project, MoE will finance the improvement and/or expansion of schools across the country.

As part of this project QAD seeks a party to support in designing, layout setting and printing of National Assessment Report 2018 booklet.

Interested eligible parties are invited to submit a sealed quotation along with supporting documents

Bid Opening

Interested eligible parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 27^th May 2018, 1100hrs at Quality Assurance department, Ministry of Education (H. Hulhugali 3rd Floor, Karankaa Magu, Male’), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening

NOTE: Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
