Greater Male’ Industrial Zone Limited (GMIZL) invites all interested parties to submit proposal to supply and delivery of below mentioned machinery. The previous announcement no: TCL/PROC-TA/2018/010 for this tender has been cancelled due to lack of response.

• The bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 500/- (MVR Five Hundred). Parties that have paid in the previous calls will not have to pay again.
• The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR 25,000.00 (MVR Twenty-Five Thousand) which shall be valid for 28 (Twenty-Eight) days beyond the validity of the Bid.
• Performance Security required under the contract shall be 2.5% of the Contract Price.
• An Advance Payment of 15% of the contract price shall be provided upon submission of an Advance Payment Guarantee.
• Only one proposal can be submitted by each party.
• Bids shall be valid for at least 90 days (Ninety) from the date of submission of bids.
• Thilafushi Corporation reserves the right to reject proposals with incomplete information.

Bids would be only accepted by parties who have registered to participate in the bid. All bid proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at GMIZL head office with all those who want to participate in the bid opening. Evaluation criteria for this bid is included in the Information to Bidders (ITB) of bid document. For further queries please contact the procurement department.
