REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. invites Expression of Interest from potential and experienced parties for the Construction of two 15 Storey residential buildings in Hulhumale’ Phase 2 (land area is 12,000 sqft of which buildable area is 10,000 sqft / tower) by means of Contractor Financing.

Prospective parties are requested to submit expression of interest not later than 15:00 Hrs on 12^th December 2017 at Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd, Ameenee Magu, Male’ 20375, Republic of Maldives. Bidders are required to submit their Audited Financial Statements / proof of funds for the previous 3 years and company profile along with the proposal.
