Objective 

The consultant is expected to conduct an in-depth study into all levels of job positions in the company and examine the entire nature of all jobs, from the prior experience it requires to the type of work the position contributes to the company in order to an improved operational capacity and maximizes its performance.

Required Qualification, Experience

 - Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with minimum 5 years or similar experience.

 - Or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 10 years of similar experience.

 - The candidate must have experience in  strategic HR function

 - Previous consulting experience cross industry exposure in human resource will be an added advantage.

- Experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
