Request for Expression of Interest
System Audit - Information Technology System of the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme
The Capital Market Development Authority intends to conduct a Systems Audit of the information technology system of Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme (MRPS) (‘Koshaaru’), during May 2018.
Objective
- Conduct a comprehensive audit and assurance of the MRPS IT System ‘Koshaaru’ (henceforth ‘Koshaaru’ or ‘IT system’).
- Report on conclusions reached from the audit and recommend suitable measures for correcting any deficiencies identified during the audit process
The contract must be completed in accordance with Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) ‘IS Audit and Assurance Standards’.
Interested firms may obtain an outline TOR from www.cmda.gov.mv and further information at the address below during office hours (8:00 am and 3:00 pm).
The Capital Market Development Authority now invites interested eligible firms to submit their expressions of interest. Interested firms must provide a company profile including information which demonstrates that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.)
A firm will be selected in accordance with the Least-Cost Selection (LCS) method set out in the Maldives Public Finance Regulation, for which short listed parties would be later invited to submit technical and financial proposal in two separate sealed envelopes, as per the Request for Proposal issued.
Interested eligible parties are requested to submit Expression of Interest by 3:00 pm on 15th January 2018.
