Invitation for Tenders No: HDC (161)-PRO/IU/2017/130

1. Housing Development Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF HULHUMALÉ TOURIST JETTY 2017 (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) and the remedying of any defects therein.
2. The project will be funded by Housing Development Corporation Limited.
3. Eligible interested tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation for Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of Housing Development Corporation Limited, 3^rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.
4. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/announcements. Bidders may contact us at [email protected] to acquire the bid document as well.
5. Bids must be submitted to the office mentioned below in Clause 7, not later than 14:00 HRS on 22nd October 2017 and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of MVR 100, 000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Hundred thousand only).
6. Bids will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 7 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
