INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Subjects: Pre-Qualification of Manufacturers for Supply & Delivery of Civil Works Materials (Cement, Sand, Crushed Stone Aggregates, Steel Reinforcement and Roofing Sheets) for 15 ( Fifteen ) Islands Sewerage Works

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Environment and Energy (MEE) did not receive sufficient response for the subjected project (Ref No. (IUL) 13-K/13/2017/77). Now re-invites sealed bids from eligible Contractors for the Manufacturers for Supply & Delivery of Civil Works Materials (Cement, Sand, Crushed Stone Aggregates, Steel Reinforcement and Roofing Sheets) for Sewerage Projects in the islands of K.Kaashidhoo, F. Feeali, L.Maavah, R. Maakurathu, N. Landhoo, Ha. Utheemu, Adh. Omadhoo, Adh. Hanyaameedhoo, R. Rasmaadhoo, F.Bilehdhoo, R.Innamadhoo, Sh.Feevaku, Ga.Gemanafushi, Gdh.Madaveli, Ha.Baarah.

The employer intends to intend to pre-qualify Manufacturers for the following works under this project:

• Supply & Delivery of Civil Works Materials (Cement, Sand, Crushed Stone Aggregates, Steel Reinforcement and Roofing Sheets)

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Environment and Energy now invites interested eligible contractors to submit their proposals according to the pre-qualification document.

The Bidder shall be registered to submit a pre-qualification document upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 1,500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) from 6^th June 2017 to 6^th July 2017 between 0830hrs and 1300hrs (between 10:30hrs to 13:00hrs during Ramazan days) on all working days. A complete set of Pre-qualification documents in electronic format will be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv

Submission of applications for pre-qualification shall be in English and must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Application for Pre-Qualification for Pre-Qualification of Manufacturers for Supply & Delivery of Civil Works Materials (Cement, Sand, Crushed Stone Aggregates, Steel Reinforcement and Roofing Sheets) for 15 (Fifteen) Islands Sewerage Works to the above address by no later than 1000hrs Maldivian Time on 10^th July 2017. Late applications will not be accepted.
