INVITATION FOR BIDS
1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Environment energy (the Employer), invites bids from local and international eligible and qualified bidders for the below mentioned projects.

2. The Bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee, specified for the project above from29th January 2017 to 28th February 2017between 0830hrs and 1330hrs on all working days in order to register in the tender. A complete set of bidding documents in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury’s website www.finance.gov.mv
3. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of the amount specified in clause 1 of this Invitation for Bids which shall be valid for 148 daysfrom the date of bid opening.
4. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 6 of this invitation for bids on or before 1330 Hours Maldivian Time on Thursday, 23th February 2017
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified in Clause 6 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1100 hrs Maldivian Time on 9th March 2017, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
