INVITATION FOR BIDS
Supply, Installation and Maintenance of IT Equipment
[RFP No: PSSP/2.1/G/01]
The Government of Republic of Maldives has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Maldives PFM Systems Strengthening Project (PSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under contract for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of IT Equipment. The invitation number (IUL)13-K1/13/2016/182 has been annulled.
The Ministry of Finance and Treasury now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of 3PAR Storeserv, HPE Blade Servers and Storeonce.
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011, revised July 2014.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 100.00 (United State Dollar One Hundred) from September 26, 2016 to November 7, 2016 between 0830hrs and 1330hrs on all working days. The document in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv.
Pre-bid meeting will be held on October 11, 2016 Monday at 1000 hrs Maldivian time at the Public Procurement Division, Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to above given mail addresses on or before October 12, 2016, Thursday at 1400 hours.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to USD 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand United States Dollars) which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1000 hours on November 7, 2016. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below, at 1000 hours on November 7, 2016.
