REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Development of 2,500 Housing Units under Social Housing Unit Scheme

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury of the Government of Republic of Maldives, cancels the Invitation No: (IUL) 13-K/13/2016/178, to submit Request for Expression of Interest for development of 2,500 housing units at Hulhumale’ under Social Housing Unit Scheme through developer financing and now re-invites local and foreign eligible contractors to submit their Proposals for the Development of 2,500 Housing Units at Hulhumale’.

Interested consultants shall be registered to submit the proposals upon submission of a written application to the address below from September 4, 2016 till 22nd September 2016. The Request for Proposal document in English will be available for download from www.finance.gov.mv.

Developer may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualification and experience.

Any clarifications to the proposal shall be send to the email address given below on or before 1400 hours Maldivian time on Sunday, September 18, 2016.

The proposals must be delivered to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified below, on or before 1300 hours Maldivian time on Monday, September 26, 2016.
