REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Project Management Consultant
for Seenu Hithadhoo Regional Hospital Project
The Government of Republic of Maldives has received loan from Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) and Opec Fund for International Development (OFID) towards the cost of Infrastructure development of a tertiary hospital and intends to apply part of the proceeds to acquire the consultancy services of Project Management Consultant for the Design and Build of Seenu Hithadhoo Regional Hospital.
The main objective of this assignment is to ensure smooth running of the conversion of Equatorial Convention Centre (ECC) in to a 100 bed hospital facility.
The Ministry of Finance and Treasury now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (background of the firm’s technical expertise, description of any similar assignments undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, value of those services, etc.).
Firms may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
A firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality-and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines of Saudi Fund for Development and Opec Fund for International Development.
