Educational requirement:

1. Masters degree in Shari’ah or Law
AND
2. Bachelor’s degree in Shariah or Law

Responsibilities:
|
- To teach in regular classes and replacement classes, in accordance with the Workload Policy of the university.
- To mark and grade all course work, assignment and examination papers.
- To implement demonstrations, workshops, physical classes, field visits, and clinical sessions.
- To teach in accordance with the set curriculum, and provide feedback to the management on the course proceedings at the end of the semester.
- To supervise post graduate research students.
- Development of new curriculum and to suggest suggestions to improve the existing curriculum.
- Prepare exam papers as required for the course modules, and to conduct all the necessary markings and assessments as needed for the papers.
- Conduct exams for modules of the part-time lecturers, and to conduct all the necessary marking and assessments as needed for the papers.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the standard of the current modules.
- Participate in faculty meetings, module panels, and to implement decisions made in such meetings, and assist in developing junior staff.
- Work closely with other members of the faculty to conduct academic research, and publish such research via the university.
- Module coordination, and course coordination.
- Conduct all works assigned by the faculty.
