The Service to be Tendered:

Air transportation service of the return journey of Ramadan Umrah members for the year 1437 (2016) to and from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Hulhulé, Republic of Maldives and King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Scope of Work:

Air Transportation Service of Ramadan Umrah members for the year 1437 (2016) of Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd.

Flight:

The air transportation of Ramadan Umrah members of 1437 shall be made in the same flight. This flight shall be in accordance to a date set by the Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives.

Information Session:

An information session will be held on March 31^st, Thursday, 2016 at 1400hrs at Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd. Only the tenderers present to the information session will be eligible to proceed with the bidding process.

Tender Opening:

Thursday, April 14^th, 2016 at 1400hrs in the conference room of Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
