Expression of Interest (EOI) - Kadhdhoo Airport Fuel Concession in Joint Venture Partnership
Letter of Invitation
The Kadhdhoo Airport Company Limited (KACL) is seeking initial expression of interest from proven providers of petrol, diesel and/or aviation fuel supplies to undertake a fuel concession in joint venture partnership at Kadhdhoo airport.
Composition of EOI
1. Letter of Application indicating:
Name, title address and telephone number of the principal who will serve as the contact for this project. The principal must have been empowered to sign the Legal Agreement with KACL and make decisions for the proponent on contractual matters.
2. Details of the individual, firm, company or consortium, including company profile, expertise and resource capacity.
3. Following documents providing proof of financial capacity
- Evidence of adequacy of working capacity for this project
- Authority to seek references from the individual, firm, company or consortium’s bankers
Criteria
The applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Ability to raise investment finance and an acquisition costs.

Interested parties are invited to attend the information session held at Kadhdhoo Airport Company Limited Male’ office on Thursday, 27th March 2016 at 1000hrs.
Date of Closure for Receipt of Proposals:
The date of Closure for submission of EOI is 3rd April 2016, 1400hrs.

All submissions of EOI shall be marked “EOI FOR KADHDHOO AIRPORT FUEL CONCESSION” and addressed as follows:

Evaluation Process
- Upon receipt of the expression of interest, a preliminary evaluation based on the background and capacity of the parties will be conducted by KACL.
- Shortlisted EOI proponents will be invited to survey the proposed location, and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to EOI proponents by the KACL.
