REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF A CANTEEN FACILITY AT ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF MALDIVES

IUM Holdings Private Limited (IUMH) invites proposals from established and suitably qualified food and beverage operators for the investment, development, fit-out, operation and management of a modern canteen facility within the premises of the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM).

Eligible applicants must have proven experience in operating restaurants, cafés, canteens or similar food and beverage establishments, together with the required financial capacity, investment commitment, and technical and operational capabilities. Entities engaged solely in investment, construction or property development, without relevant food and beverage operating experience, are not eligible to apply.

The selected operator will be responsible for establishing and sustainably managing the facility to provide hygienic, affordable, nutritious and quality food and beverage services to students, staff, visitors and event participants of IUM.
