Introduction

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) invites interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the “Supply, Installation of Network Infra and CCTV for Kulhudhuffushi Facility Building (Phase 1)”

Interested vendors are requested to review the attached Scope of Work &Bill of Materials for the detailed scope of work and requirements, and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor shall provide end-to-end supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of the network infrastructure, CCTV and access control works for the Kulhudhuffushi Facility Building in accordance with the attached Scope of Work & Bill of Materials.

Qualification Requirements

Interested and qualified vendors wishing to undertake this project shall meet the following requirements and submit the relevant supporting documents:

• Any single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity registered in the Republic of Maldives, with 100% Maldivian shareholding
• Business Registration Certificate at Economic Ministry
• Company Profile / Portfolio.
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission).
• Company Business Information Sheet (Economic Ministry), Generated within 1 month from the Bid submission deadline
• Manufacturer authorization letter/certificate (Authorized reseller for AXIS Surveillance products and services)
• Experience Reference Letters or Completion Certificates (successful implementation of similar systems, with a value above MVR 200,000.00 per project. Minimum two (2) reference letters, purchase orders, contract copies or completion certificates for network cabling services to other organizations within the past three (3) years are required.

Registration Process

Interested vendors are required to register for the tender through the link Bidder Registration between 14^th October 2026 to 17^th October 2026. Further information and a soft copy of the tender documents will be shared with the registered tenderers on 18^th October 2026.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee

Each vendor must furnish a bid security in the amount of MVR 10,000/-, The successful vendor must furnish to the Employer a performance Bank Guarantee in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract sum within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the notification of award from the Employer.
