Main Requirements

Drives the Company’s growth agenda by identifying and executing new product, market and partnership opportunities, while also supporting senior leadership with strategic coordination across departments.

Identify, evaluate and develop new products and category opportunities aligned with market trends and Company strategy.

Develop detailed business plans, feasibility studies and financial justifications for new growth initiatives.

Track corporate objective execution and KPI status across departments, consolidation updates.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

1-2 Years of managerial work experience in a relevant field or 5-6 Years of full time work experience in a relevant field.

Experience in drafting Business Plans/ Budgeting/ Conducting feasibility studies.

Excellent communication skills both orally and writing in Dhivehi and English language.

Computer Literacy & Interpersonal Skills
