1. The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives Atolls Education Development Project – AEDP (P177768) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward the contract for the Procurement of 12 Android-Based Tablets.
2. The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development now invites quotations from eligible vendors for the supply and delivery of 12 Android-Based Tablets in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications. The goods shall be delivered within 45 days from the date of contract signing.
3. The procurement will be conducted through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5. Quotations must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 13th October 2026 at 1400 Hours, Maldives Time. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
6. Vendors are requested to clearly indicate “RFQ Reference No.: MV-MOE-AEDP-567739-GO-RFB – Procurement of 12 Android-Based Tablets” in the subject line of the email submitting their quotation.
7. Quotations will be evaluated based on compliance with the requirements and Technical Specifications provided with the RFQ. The contract will be awarded to the eligible vendor whose quotation is substantially responsive to the requirements and offers the lowest evaluated price
