Introduction

StatePharma invites bids from eligible and qualified architects, interior designers, design consultants, and design firms for the designing of the office layout as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

This tender is based on the Terms of Reference (TOR) and outlines the requirements, submission process, and evaluation criteria.

Registration: All interested parties are to email to [email protected] before 29^th September 2026, 16:00PM

Only parties that have completed the registration process before the registration deadline will be invited to attend the information session.

Information Session: 30^thSeptember 2026, 14:00PM at StatePharma Office, Seatrac Building, 7th Floor

Query Deadline: 01^st October 2026, before 14:00PM

Response to query: 04^th October 2026, before 14:00PM

Submission Deadline: 06^th October 2026, before 10:00AM, Via email to [email protected]

All parties must submit their proposal in response to this Tender via email to [email protected].

(The Quotation maybe password protected, however the password should be shared via email to the same address above after the bid submission deadline stated in the Procurement Schedule).
