Job Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving issues in SAP MM (Materials Management) module related to Procurement, Warehouse Management & Extended Warehouse Management.
• Monitor and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work with functional teams, developers, and business units to gather requirements, design solutions, develop enhancements, and test SAP MM module functionalities to meet business needs.
• Identify recurring issues and maintain proper documentation of changes, and resolutions for future reference
• Undertake research to explore potential solutions, and proactively develop expertise by utilizing learning materials, platforms, and independent research.

Required Qualifications

• Completed A ’Levels OR an equivalent qualification in ICT field

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, MRP, and logistics processes.
• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
