We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting enterprise sales, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: A-Levels. A Diploma or higher qualification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Manager & Account Support – Provide effective operational and administrative support to Sales Managers in managing enterprise customer accounts.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution – Handle customer queries, complaints, service orders, faults, outages, and after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales & Relationship Development – Support new sales opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to long-term account growth.
• Coordination & Documentation – Coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare agreements, process billing adjustments, maintain accurate records, and support payment settlements.
• Reporting & Service Monitoring – Prepare activity, progress, and forecast reports, maintain customer profiles, monitor critical stock levels, and communicate service disruptions to customers.
