Salary Breakdown
|
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is required; CCNP or higher-level networking certification will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft infrastructure certification or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Fortinet NSE/FCP, FortiGate or equivalent firewall/security certification will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft 365/Azure, virtualization, cybersecurity or IT service management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise networking, network security and server infrastructure.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise network environments is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate ICT infrastructure activities across multiple operational locations.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
|
- Manage, configure, monitor and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, VLANs,
- routing, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V and other critical server/network services.
- Manage network and infrastructure security, including firewall policies, VPN/admin access, network segmentation, security hardening, patching and firmware updates.
- Manage and monitor backup, restoration, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements for critical servers, databases and ICT infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot CCTV/IP surveillance and 3CX/IP telephone infrastructure across Head Office and operational sites.
- Proactively monitor network and server availability, performance and capacity, and lead troubleshooting and resolution of major ICT/network incidents.
- Maintain comprehensive ICT infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, IP/VLAN records, configurations, inventories, backup records, change records and handover documentation.
- Plan and implement ICT infrastructure projects, support IT/security audits, coordinate vendors/service providers, and provide technical guidance and escalation support to site IT teams.
