ANNOUNCEMENT NO: (IUL)BCC-PS/1/2026/53

Maldives Expo 2026 (Dhivehinge Ufehdhuntherikamuge Maurazu) will be held in October 2026 at Hulhumalé Central Park, under the theme “Future Maldives – Innovation, Creativity & Global Connections,” with the objective of enhancing productivity and fostering business growth in the Maldives.

The exhibition will feature the National Exhibition of Creativity, the Creative Economy District, the Digital & Innovation District, the Tourism & Visitor Economy District, the International Exhibitors District, the Entertainment District, and the Marketplace District.

It has been further decided that the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade, in collaboration with the Business Center Corporation (BCC), will organize and oversee the event.

Business Center Corporation invites all interested parties to submit sealed bids for the Provision of Consolidated Event Management Services for Maldives Expo 2026.

Information Session (Mandatory):

08^th September 2026, Tuesday, 1400 hours.

M.Kaneeru Villa 1^st Floor, Orchid Magu, Male’, Republic of Maldives.

The Bid Document and Terms of Reference (TOR) will be issued to bidders during the Information Session.

Bid Submission:

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the address below on 16^th September 2026, Wednesday, at 1400 hours.
