Second Amendment to IFB and ITB
Regarding Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Guesthouse in Feydhoo, Addu City.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”) hereby announces the Second Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Instruction to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Guesthouse in Feydhoo, Addu City.
Amendments to IFB

Amendments to ITB
1. Clause 3- General Conditions of Lease
The minimum number of rooms for Land Category D (3,000 sqft) shall be fifteen (15) rooms.
2. ITB Clause 13 (Bid Security)
Clause 13.1(i) is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
USD 1,500 or MVR 23,130 for land plots in Category D.
Clause 13.1(ii) shall remain unchanged.
