REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design or related field.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Excellent in event management, social and networking skills
• Exposed to photography, videography and editing skills
• A team player, able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
• Pleasant personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong skills in creative direction, brand management, visual communication, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and AI design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in digital content creation, print production, photography, and social media design.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects, manage vendors/agencies, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital technologies, and marketing communications.
