Event Management, Award Design and Production, Video Production, and Memory Book Design and Printing for National Engineers’ Day Celebration 2026
The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development invites interested and qualified parties to submit proposals for Event Management, Award Design and Production, Video Production, and Memory Book Design and Printing Services for the National Engineers’ Day Celebration 2026, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Interested bidders must register via email at [email protected] before the registration deadline. Only registered bidders receive invitations to the pre-bid meeting. The deadline for registration is 21st June 2026, 1400hrs
Pre Bid Meeting is held to clarify project requirements with a questions and answers session.. Attendance is mandatory. Prebid meeting is scheduled to be held on the 23rd June 2026, 1000hrs
Proposal Submission and Bid Opening will be held on the 28th June 2026, 1000hrs at Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development.
