Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of departmental objectives through effective planning, KPI management, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to product and solution roadmap planning by aligning business requirements with technology capabilities.
• Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and the evaluation of new technologies, platforms, and vendors.
• Manage and support end-to-end solution delivery, including development, testing (QAT/UAT), implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, security standards, and governance requirements.
