INVITATION TO BID

Maldive Gas Pvt Ltd invites all interested to parties to submit sealed bids for Dry Docking, Repair & Modification as per instruction given by Maldive Gas.

Request for Proposal is attached with this invitation.  

Pre-Bid Session:

A pre-bid information session will be held on 10 June 2026 (Wednesday) at the following locations:

1. Male’ – T-Jetty (WAMCO Jetty) at 10:00 hrs
2. Thilafushi – Maldive Gas Thilafushi Site at 14:30 hrs

Participation in the information session is mandatory for all bidders and is a prerequisite for the submission of proposals.

Bid Submission:

Bids shall be delivered to Maldive Gas Pvt Ltd (#02-21, 2nd Floor, S.T.O Trade Centre, Orchid Magu, Male’) on 09:00 Hrs (local time) on 15^th June 2026 and will be opened in the presence of bidders. Late bids will be rejected.

• Prices can only be submitted by eligible individuals who have attended the pre-bid session.
• Maldives Gas Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject incomplete bids. The company also reserves the right to cancel this announcement at any time.
