Qualification Requirements
Essential
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.

Professional certification in Risk Management or Compliance.
Preferred
-
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.

Advanced certifications in Risk Management, AML/CFT, Compliance, Governance, or Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead compliance monitoring and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory, AML/CFT, KYC, and payment system requirements.

Manage suspicious transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, sanctions screening, and stakeholder engagement with regulators and banks.

Develop, maintain, and oversee the company’s risk management framework, risk register, and mitigation plans.

Prepare and present risk and compliance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management and the Board Risk Committee.

Promote a strong risk and compliance culture through policy development, training, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
