Job Responsibilities

•  Verify that all materials are correctly loaded and unloaded according to job requirements.
• Notify customers upon dispatch from the warehouse and provide accurate estimated arrival times, while ensuring timely and precise communication of all order-related updates to relevant parties.
• Ensure all items are securely wrapped, packed, and protected before loading onto vehicles.
• Complete and verify all required documentation in line with operational procedures prior to releasing stock.
• Submit all completed paperwork and documents collected to admin staff after each job.
• Support sales efforts by helping build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Report any discrepancies identified during transfers to supervisors promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service during all delivery and pickup activities.

Required Qualifications

• Completed O/Level or Grade 10 Standard

Preferred Requirements

• Able to work odd hours
• Age between 18-35 years old
