Survey Manager – Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey

The advertisement of the Ministry of Health, Family and Welfare No. (IUL)23-HRD(LR)/23/2026/90 is hereby open for re-application, since no eligible candidates have applied.

The Ministry of Health, Family and Welfare is implementing the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) in Maldives in 2026 with support from UNICEF. As part of this work, the MoH is seeking a survey manager to manage and coordinate the survey. The contract is for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment is attached to this announcement.

The MoH invites eligible individuals to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI). Interested candidates must also provide:

1. Curriculum Vitae (clearly stating the starting and ending month and year for previous experiences)
2. Copy of National ID Card
3. Accredited and attested copies of Academic Certificates
4. Employment Verification Letter from previous employer(s), detailing nature and duration of responsibilities.
5. Additional documents to prove additional expertise/experience

A candidate will be selected based on the criteria detailed in the TOR.
