With reference to the HDFC’s announcement number (IUL)HDFC/1/2026/2 dated 18th January 2026, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) that was made public has been cancelled following amendments made to it.

Subject: Supply & Delivery of Two (2) Fire-Resistant 4-Drawer Filing Cabinet Safe

Housing Development Finance Corporation Plc. (HDFC) invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the Supply & Delivery of Fire-Resistant Filing Cabinet Safe.

Notes:

Please include following details in the quotation/proposal:

• All prices must include supply, installation and handling of the item from order placement to doorstep delivery at HDFC Site.
• Vendors should quote prices in MVR including GST and all Taxes (if applicable).
• Detail specification of the quoted product.
• Delivery duration in calendar days.
• Quotation validity period.
• Quotation with multiple options (other than specified above) will NOT be accepted.
• No Advance Payment.
• Quotations/proposals submitted later than the specified closing time and date shall NOT be accepted.

• All submissions must be in one PDF file format (maximum file size 20 MB).
