Project: Hiring of Third party for cleaning services

Introduction 

StatePharma invites proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to undertake professional cleaning services at StatePharma.

This tender is based on the Terms of Reference (TOR) and outlines the requirements, submission process, and evaluation criteria.

Scope of Services 

Services as detailed in the terms of reference TOR.  

Duration 

Initial engagement: 1 year

Quarterly performance reviews based on KPIs as detailed in the terms of reference (TOR) attached to this RFQ.  

Delivery Methodology 

Detailed methodology stated in the attached TOR

Documents to be Submitted 

• Company profile with relevant experience in cleaning services. 

• Business registration and licenses. 

• Details of staffing and supervision arrangements 

• Evidence of previous experience or reference letters for similar services

• Financial quotation as per the scope of this TOR

Submission Details 

Registration: All interested parties are to email to [email protected] before 30^th March 2026, 1200pm 

Query Deadline: 31^st March 2026, before 1200pm 

Response to query: 2^nd April 2026, before 1200pm

Submission Deadline: 07^th April 2026, before 1200pm, Via email.

All parties must submit their proposal in response to this Tender  via email to [email protected].  

(The Quotation maybe password protected, however the password should be shared via email to the same address above 10 minutes before the bid submission deadline stated in the Procurement Schedule).
