Dream Together Master Programme (2026–2028)

The Maldives Olympic Committee (MOC) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Dream Together Master Programme (DTM) 2026–2028, conducted by Seoul National University (SNU) under the Global Sport Management Graduate Programme.

The Dream Together Master Programme is a prestigious global sport development initiative designed to strengthen international sport cooperation and develop future leaders in sport management. The programme is supported by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation.

Programme Overview

Degree Awarded: Master’s Degree in Sport Management – Seoul National University

Programme Structure:

  • 36-credit graduate programme
  • Comprehensive curriculum covering sport governance, marketing, finance, law, communication, development, international sport management and related areas
  • Includes team project and individual thesis component

Duration:
August 2026 – June 2028

Participants will spend approximately 17 months in the Republic of Korea, followed by a thesis completion period in their home country.

Language of Instruction:
All courses are conducted in English.

The programme offers a full scholarship, which includes:

Academic Structure

The 36-credit curriculum provides an integrated and comprehensive approach to sport management. Coursework covers key areas including:

  • Sport governance and international sport management
  • Sport marketing and sponsorship
  • Sport finance and economics
  • Sport law and arbitration
  • Sport media and communication
  • Sport development and cooperation

The programme includes both team-based projects and an individual master’s thesis.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be former or current sport administrators or athletes
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
  • Demonstrate sufficient proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Show strong potential, motivation, and commitment to sport management and sport development

Applicants are required to submit:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. Personal Statement and Study Plan
  3. Two Letters of Recommendation
  4. Official Undergraduate Transcript
  5. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  6. Copy of Passport
  7. Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent)
  8. Curriculum Vitae
  9. Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
  10. Any additional supporting documentation as required

Application forms and detailed guidelines will be made available upon request from the Maldives Olympic Committee.

Submission Deadline
