Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCF, HCS.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor by understanding customer business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions, including leading workshops and proof-of-concepts.
• Solution Architecture & Delivery: Design and implement end-to-end enterprise solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and applications in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
• Technical Leadership: Provide best-practice guidance on scalability, performance, and optimization while mentoring junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Advanced Support & Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Innovation & Customer Advocacy: Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for customer needs by providing insights to internal product and engineering teams.
