Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.

• Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding: Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent and support employer branding initiatives.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
