Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the official quotation/proposal.

Mandatory Documents:

• Business Registration Certificate.
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• GST registration certificate (If GST is not registered, please provide a Mira registration copy).
• Declaration of No Conflict of Interest (attached)
• BOQ (attached)

Note: Attending the Pre-Bid Information session is optional. Bidders who register through the link below will be eligible to submit bids during the bid submission even if they do not attend the Information Session.

The registration deadline is 12^th February 2026, 10:00AM, and late registrations will not be accepted.
