The email must include the IFB number, participant’s full name, email address, contact phone number, and company name (if applicable). Requests to participate must be submitted no later than 1200 hrs on Sunday, 01st March 2026.
The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 09th February 2026 up to the 05th April 2026 between 09:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, excluding government holidays, via email at [email protected] or at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5th Floor) reception.
