Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the official quotation/proposal.

Mandatory Documents:

• Business Registration Certificate.
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• GST registration certificate (If GST is not registered, please provide a Mira registration copy).
• Declaration of No Conflict of Interest (attached)

To be registered in the tendering process, interested bidders are required to complete the registration sthrough the online link below. Registration is mandatory to participate in the Information Session. Only bidders who attend the Information Session are eligible to submit bids during the Bid Submission.

The registration deadline is 28^th January 2026, 1:00PM, and late registrations will not be accepted.
