CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Invitation

Bank of Maldives PLC seeks to appoint consultants with the capability and experience to provide consultancy services to support the Bank’s plans to expand into one or more international markets.

Composition of EOI and Criteria

1. Letter of Application including:

• Details of the individual, firm or company, including company profile, expertise and resource capacity
• Brief background of senior management personnel who will be involved in this project
• Name, title, address and telephone number of the person who will serve as the authorised representative on behalf of the company

2. Evidence providing proof of prior experience in consulting in terms of the international expansion of banks and advising banks with respect to same.  Reference letters should be enclosed.

Request for clarifications may be submitted via email to [email protected] before 16:00hrs on Thursday, 26^th November 2015.

Submission of Expression of Interest

All submissions of EOI should be e-mailed to [email protected] before the date of closure, Monday 30^th November 2015.

Evaluation Process

1.  The call for EOI does not constitute a solicitation or Request for Proposal.

2.  Upon receipt of the EOI, a preliminary evaluation based on the background and capacity of the parties will be conducted.

3.  A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to shortlisted EOI parties.
