Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the official quotation/proposal.

Mandatory Documents:

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development.
• SME Registration Certificate.
• GST Registration Certificate.
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 3 months from the date of bid submission).
• Bid Form (completed, signed, and stamped)
• RFP Compliance Form (completed, signed, and stamped)
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions).
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate.
• Experience Reference Letters or Completion Certificates.
• Declaration of Conflict of Interest.
• Quotation in MVR with Payment Terms.
• Delivery & Installation Period.
• Any Other Documents (Optional).
