Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve MSS software systems (in-house apps, MS Dynamics, eBMS).
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve system issues.
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket logging.
• Update system documentation and support process improvements.
• Work with teams to deliver technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations of the division.
• Following up on pending day-to-day tasks and ensuring all documents are filed systematically in both physical and electronic means.
• Ensure being on call beyond working hours to troubleshoot any urgent matter in the office.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• 5 O’Level Pass

OR

• 3 A’Level Pass

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
