Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidates will support airport operations by delivering exceptional customer service and maintain merchandise presentation standards to ensure a luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle POS transactions accurately while ensuring full compliance with company payment policies.
• Deliver luxury standard customer service, using strong product knowledge to guide and support customer purchases.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Support store operations, including merchandising, stock monitoring, inventory replenishment and maintaining clean, organized retail space.
• Collaborate on sales goals, mentor new staff and report safety or maintenance concerns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GCE O’ Level with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in frontline customer service and travel retail industry travel is preferred.
• Knowledge of international high-end brands is an advantage.
