Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidates will support airport operations by guiding the team members regularly on opportunities for continuous improvement of their skills and knowledge and develop a cohesive and focused team that passionately creates unique and memorable, excellent service experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance by collaborating on strategic promotions, boosting conversion rates and increasing average transaction value.
• Create high energy customer focused sales floor by ensuring optimal staffing, visibility, cleanliness and grooming standards.
• Enhance team capability through supervision, coaching and strengthening product knowledge and service skills.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence by overseeing adherence to company policies, trading laws and proper stock handling processes.
• Support efficient retail operations by managing system transactions, coordinating stock movement and working closely with sales teams to meet targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or
• Diploma in a related field, with 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience in travel retail industry and people management in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledge of international high-end brands is an advantage.
