Minimum Qualification

and Experience

Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in marine biology, marine science, ecology, environmental science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with an Advanced Open Water Diver certificate.
2. Demonstrated experience in underwater coral reef surveys and data collection techniques.
3. Should demonstrate strong organizational skills and experience in team leadership.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software (e.g., R, STATA) with experience in managing scientific data are preferred.
5. The successful candidate must be willing to work for extended periods and travel to the field.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team, including in challenging field conditions.
