• Net Salary Range:  MVR 19,000.00 -20,000.00

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
• Monitor cashflows and update weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate internal, external, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Review monthly financial closings and aging reports.
• Administer loan and lease agreements and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform reconciliations.
• Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.

• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification Accounting and Finance (MNQF Level 7)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail oriented, possess good communication and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to work long hours.
• Problem solving, team building and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS office applications
